So I cut my main sewer line yesterday cause I was tired of dealing with the clog up only to expose a 2inch pipe that was left in the 3inch line surely by accident, doright plumbing was the one who installed it 18months ago. I called to see if they could fix there mistake only to be avoided the whole next day and lied about the show up time. I had to hire another plumber to fix there mistake. More like DOWRONG PLUMBING!!!!!!!!!!

They sent out a guy who apparently didnt know what he was doing. Replaced a water heater element that didnt need replaced then left claiming it would take about 30 minutes for the water to get warm again. The problem was, however, that the problem was in the electrical box...something the guy admitting knowing...but all he wanted to do was change the element and charge me $385 to do it. I had to get someone else to come and actually get it to work. When he left he also left the water shut off to the house.
