I ordered sixth grade pictures for my twins. When I received them they were not individual photos as I was used to, they were in a book. The book had one of the twins names on the outside but photos of both on the inside. I just was surprised about all of that. We had such a nice experience with Dorian Studio for my daughter’s school photos. They were super friendly, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process feel really smooth. Definitely appreciated how kind and helpful they were!

Wonderful pictures and even better service. We had an amazing customer service experience with our child's school portrait. Having not received the original copies from our school, I reached out to them. The person I spoke with was incredible! She offered to reprint and send directly to us free of charge. She went above and beyond to ensure we received the photographs. I cannot recommend them highly enough If your school is not already using Dorian, they absolutely should.

Not the best experience at all. They managed to take the worst photo of my kid, and when I reached out to discuss it, they refused to take responsibility for anything. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they blamed the school—saying it wasn’t their job to notice if a student’s clothes needed straightening or even to let the child know when to smile.
