I called this company upset, and was short tempered with the woman who answered my call. She could have hung up, cursed me out, or put me on hold and just ignored me but she remained calm and tried to connect me to the person I needed to speak with. I was a jerk, and even then was given quality customer service. I don't know many companies that would have handled that situation as well as this one. Props to them and my apologies again for how I spoke to you.
I don’t know if it was the receptionist but whoever I talked to on the phone was very rude. I will not be using dorey.
Management obviously doesn’t care about their employees, and were extremely unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there for their projects. Norfolk has plenty of reputable contractors, weigh your options people.
