On the 4/2/2026 i attended for a test ordered by my doctor lady working at the time said come on so i entered room handed pathology slip to her? she was on a video call and i felt so uncomfortable as she was talking about my private information while this call was ongoing. I asked her to mute it and she said it’s okay and continues on talking to me while call was in progress in background, Fairly wrong and not really respectful to my privacy and i was not happy at all, i cannot tell the lady’s name as she didn’t have a name ... read more
Jess was gentle and efficient. Her friendly attitude made the blood tests more bearable, and I wasn't bruised from elbow to wrist. I love being able to have the tests done close to home. Just need to remember that you close at noon!
Jess was absolutely amazing. It was my 10 yr old daughters first blood test and the encouragement and kind and caring nature shown by Jess was what I haven’t seen before. My daughter almost passed out and Jess was straight to her aid and went above and beyond for her.
