There were about 4 people waiting when I got there. Only had to wait about half an hour to be seen. The nurse was great. Didn't feel a thing.
Staff were fantastic
Friendly staff. Albeit not always competent. E.g. I had blood drawn on 6th of Jan. I thought it wasn't quite enough...The lady made some remarks that she was unsure of labelling and but that it should be enough and worst case they would ring me up to advise I had to come in and give more blood. 🤨 Astoundingly, it was a full 15 days later that I received a phone call that a blood sample had 'either gone missing or it wasn't enough' so, 'if I still wanted to have the [...] test completed', I was 'welcome' to come in again... ... read more
