Re previous reviw and photo of door closed and sign. It actually says they'll be back at 14:45, 2400 hour time, which is 2.45pm. I have always had excellent experiences there, fast.
The Highett collection centre staff and facilities are great. Parking is available nearby.
I came for a blood test at 2pm today on a Monday, thinking it would still be open as they’re supposed to be open till 4pm. However, the door was locked with a sign saying, “Closed for lunch, back 1 2 3 4 5 HRS." I saw a nurse walk by and sat at her desk, so I decided to knock. However, she chose to ignore it without even bothering to check who was at the door. See attached photo. Bizarre sign: Don’t feel confident returning to this Pathologist Centre again.
