Very professional, friendly and kindly
Went for my regular blood tests. Nursing staff excellent and took my bloods with ease. Located within the Moonee Ponds Medical & Dental Clinic where they have a four bed triage type section where bloiod tests , etc can be done immediately. Highly recommended.
Arrived yesterday (Sunday) 11AM for a blood test whilst fasting. The clinic was empty so I knocked on the door and asked the pathologist if I could have my blood taken and she refused and said she is on an industrial action and won’t be taking anyone’s blood! Shocking management by Dorevitch.
Poor and unprofessional services rendered this afternoon by staff conducting blood tests.
