Im not great with needles, the lovely nurses here provide a great distraction while being as quick and efficient as possible
My experience at this clinic yesterday was wonderful. The two ladies who managed my paperwork and took my bloods were both incredibly professional, friendly, and compassionate. Mowita, who drew my blood, was so quick and efficient that I genuinely didn't even feel the pinch. At the same time, she took the time to reassure me and made the whole process as calm and comfortable as possible. Lovely staff. Efficient.
Great experience and friendly staff. I had to get a blood test and arrived at about 11:45am. I had number 22, and 18 was called when I got there. I only had to wait about 20 minutes. The blood test was very quick and painless. Bianca instantly found a vein and was great to deal with.
Parveen was lovely and accomodating. Blood test didn’t hurt at all
