Great & friendly service
Staff are always great. Very professional. Lost 1 star because the plastic chairs are uncomfortable, facing a wall. (If facing other way, least see High St)
Very bad behavior, we family of two came in with two tests , our number came after 1.5 hours of waiting & then the staff inside said, she will do one test only because we picked up one number. She haven't done the test for second person. Behavior was really rude. Nothing mentioned on front desk about picking up separate tickets for each test. Wastage of time. Useless staff
