My experience have been very good
This collection point is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional.
I openly advised the phlebotomist that I am petrified of needles and how I best handle the process. She was so very understanding and kind. Most importantly she didn’t make me feel embarrassed or belittle me for my fear. She had brilliant technique and it was the best experience I’ve had with having my blood taken in such a long time. I’m very appreciative of her kind nature and great skill.
