Very disappointing experience. I waited for over 45 minutes and no one attended to me at any point. There was no staff available to provide information or support, and the overall service felt unorganized and unprofessional. This is unacceptable for a clinical laboratory. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place.
Shockingly substandard phlebotomist. When told about another clinics' difficulty in getting my wife's vein, the first question was "have you ever had blood drawn?". Amidst two unsuccessful attempts we were told drinking one litre of water beforehand was not enough as the blood was "too thick" - the phlebotomist claimed she found a vein when she clearly hadn't, not a drop of blood drawn in the tube. Have never waited so long for no service!
Had a good experience here. Yes feels unmanned when you initially walk in which is a bit “odd” but take a number and seat, and a staff member will come out and get you when ready. I went twice recently and both times were about 5-10 mins wait. Both times the staff were really friendly and did a great job and quick with no problems. Phlebotomist this morning (younger girl) was really excellent - calm and knew what she was doing.
