Wait time was not long, nurse was lovely, and I didn't even feel the needle
Nice enough lady with good intentions but bad experience. I asked for a butterfly needle, due to my fear of needles and its gentler, for some reason this was refused. It was a painful draw, somehow I felt it through my numbing cream, for comparison I could not feel anything with previous blood tests at another clinic using butterfly needle. She said I would bruise due to a superficial vein. I did bruise.
