To the Management Team at Dorevitch Pathology, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my wife and I had at your Caroline Springs branch this morning between 11:00 and 11:30 AM. My wife attended for a fasting glucose blood test and was already in a stressed and fasting condition. The slowest pathology clinic I’ve ever visited, three times and the average wait is over an hour and a half. It could be excused if they were constantly taking patients in but they have a 15 minute wait in between each patient. Horrible.
Have done so many samples with dorevitch but this was my first ever worst experience. The expressions and the way this lady was talking was not at all polite or professional. Treat everyone as patients irrespective of colour, which this lady was completely lacking. Moreover she forgot to even label the specimen container which was her fault but giving me attitude in return. Disgusting.
I want to share my recent experience with nurse Monika at Dorevitch Pathology. She was extremely professional and comforting towards my daughter and took her bloods straight away. I have been to other centres where they couldn’t find her veins. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience Monika :)
