I wanted to share and appreciate over the many years I’ve attended this clinic for my bloods being a scared little kid to now an adult being ok with blood tests. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding repeated unprofessional and rude behaviour from a staff member named Monika at your pathology clinic. First interaction:On my initial visit, I arrived early and waited patiently at the clinic entrance for it to open. I attended the clinic for a blood test and was spoken to in a manner that I found unprofessional and discourteous. The nurse was rude and lectured me about how doctors work. I was also instructed to knock on the door and was spoken to rudely when doing so, despite following the directions I had been given. I understand that clinics can be busy, however I believe patients should be spoken to respectfully at all times. I wanted to raise this matter as feedback so it can be addressed appropriately.

Had an amazing experience! The time taken to see the collector was quite less. The collector knows her job very well. It was also wonderful to interact.

I arrived there this morning at 8:06 and I was the 12th in the queue already. Surprisingly it did not take an hour for me to wait because two rooms with one nurse for each room were operating. Coby was very gentle and precise when put the needle to my arm so I could not feel anything or even a pinch or itchy, felt nothing, so nice!
