To the Management Team at Dorevitch Pathology, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my wife and I had at your Caroline Springs branch this morning between 11:00 and 11:30 AM. My wife attended for a fasting glucose blood test and was already in a stressed and fasting condition. The slowest pathology clinic I’ve ever visited, three times and the average wait is over an hour and a half. It could be excused if they were constantly taking patients in but they have a 15 minute wait in between each patient. Horrible.
