I would like to share some feedback regarding the testing service, particularly during the morning hours when many individuals are fasting. I've noticed that the wait times can be quite lengthy, often exceeding two hours. This can be especially difficult for those of us who are fasting, and I believe it would greatly enhance the overall experience if staffing levels could be increased during these peak times. I came in for a blood test and had such a great experience thanks to Monika and Maraki. They were both so kind, professional and reassuring from the moment I walked in. Monika found my vein on the very first go, which honestly never happens for me — it usually takes upwards of 20 minutes and multiple attempts. She was confident, gentle and made the whole process so quick and stress-free. Maraki was also incredibly warm and welcoming!
