The medical staff are very professional.
Nice, small and clean collection centre. Street parking is available but can be limited depending on the time of day. Staff are proficient and reliable. Veen to this centre plenty of times now, and never had an issue with staff or the facilities.
Been using this pathology centre for many many years. Though never really had any problems in the past, accept for communication in the last two visits. Need to really fix up the pathway leading up to the steps as the slope is so deceptive especially for seniors or for the elderly. I too once almost fell flat on my face while coming out of the centre and getting down the steps....have been so so cautious since..
They have only one person and one room you have to wait forever to get the test done and today I wait for 45 minutes and then the nurse comes out and said sorry I can’t get your blood test done because the internet is not working so I went to Greensborough branch and it was closed Never go dorevitch again
