I really like Dorovitch in Carpenter Street. The staff are all excellent from my experience (you barely notice you’re having blood taken) and I’ve never had to wait other than during peak times (ie before work) and even then it was only about 10-15 minutes. This is my default pathology option when I need tests done. Only downside is parking can be tricky at times (it’s near the Church St and Carpenter St intersection) but the lack of waiting for the service more than makes up for it.
I have large arms so the nurse who took the blood was very particular and got a good flow first jab. She was very thorough and I was in and out in a few minutes. Highly recommend. There is a great queuing system - take a number as you walk in - thankfully Im usually number one! Chairs are comfortable and sitting in sun was very relaxing - pity they are so efficient- place is very clean and hygenic 5 stars
