I visited dorvich pathology Boxhill super clinic for the first time. The place was very clean with a comfortable waiting area. The staff were courteous and professional. My overall experience was very good and service was impressive. But in my opinion closing time for the business at 1.30 pm is a little too soon . Would appreciate if opened at least till 3.00 pm or 4.00pm
When they hire Asian pathologists(I mean no disrespect), one they can't speak english, extremely slow, not confident, poor time management. I took mother today 30/09/2025, one patient was in for more than 30 minutes and I was next, when she finished with that patient I asked how long more, she said I can go another clinic coz we close at 1.30, so I said 12.55 now, do U think you make it ? I found this location easy to access and given it was early in the morning (8.45 am) I was seen very quickly. I am happy with the service I received from this facility.
Nice staff. Easy blood sampling. Good for the second time
