This location is rarely open hence the one star despite the opening hours on the door stating that it should be open.
Rarely would I post a one-star review on a public forum but they have earned every bit of it. Took my mum there to get a blood test, the sample collector was turning the pages of a book with her fingertips that was dipped in her own saliva (ew), then her long finger nails broke her glove at the finger tip while she was feeling for a vein and she had no intention of changing the glove until I pointed it out. Was turned away rudely today in the middle of day from this place and told to go elsewhere as they were too busy with an older patient to see anyone else. Leaving two stars instead of one as the other pathologist I have had previously here was far more helpful and courteous .
Phone Receptionist who could barely understand me due to poor English told me to come by & when I arrived after parking & walking told me to come back in 1hr as they were at lunch. This was 15-20 mins after our phone call!
