Went in early morning for a urgent blood test, and the staff were lovely and I was attended to really quickly. The two star is because I was told that the Dr. will have the results by the early afternoon, and thats when we needed it.. however when the dr office called the lab at 4pm they were told that the sample is still in transit!! Wouldn't recommend if your test is urgent...
The lady i normally see was not there on the day i went in. My endocrinologist Always puts send copy to gp and provide a barcode you can scan to get all the information and i put down my gp name and clinc she works at. They said because her provide number is not there they will not send it to her but with barcode that is provide and my medicare they should be able to get details. Lovely ladies, smiling and friendly
Went in twice today 9/10 and the 2 ladies there were amazing. So friendly and helpful. I'm very sensitive to how people behave, not in a ocd way but people should be nice. Unfortunately, so many people these days are just rude but not these ladies. The place was also very clean. Such a pleasure 😊.
