I'm very grateful that the nurse today kindly put me in the emerg.
I start work very early so the 7am opening is perfect. Have to get there early to get to the front of the line but was in and out really quickly, despite a completely full waiting room. Have 2 people taking blood at that hour has been a great move. The lady who took my blood was super lovely and very thorough and clear on all things I needed to know. My specialist also prefers how these results are communicated/displayed over other places - which was never something I had considered before.
Very professional staff at this clinic and they are kind and friendly , on a Saturday the wait time is long but that is to be expected as there are not many other centres open. The only thing I wish they had was a water/cup dispenser for long waits.
Have had many regular blood tests, and this is one of the most consistently efficient and professional pathologists I've found. Between waiting and taking blood I'm usually in and out within 20 mins. I've been to places where they can take a few tries getting my blood, but here they've consistently gotten it in the first attempt. For reference I usually go on Saturdays or occasionally in the afternoons during the week.
