My wife visited this pathology and pathologist from India was very very rude to her and was loud as well. My wife was pregnant but she didn’t care and I think she was being rude because of Pakistan and India clash, which is not good. We are in Australia and should respect everyone here.
The pathologist was professional and well mannered. Upon initial entry, I experienced a dull, empty and unattended room with a doorbell and notice of instructions. It felt like saving costs was more important than receiving customers, by having no receptionist, in it's particular location, felt uninviting and disrespectful. I felt sorry for the single staff member left to receive each person who felt who felt the way I did. Much to be improved unfortunately, but true.
It took a while waiting but the lady was very good considering my veins are hard to manipulate
