I had a highly disappointing experience with Noorhassan. During my follow-up appointment, it was clear she had not reviewed my chart beforehand. She got both my name and age wrong, requiring me to correct her twice. She also made several errors regarding my past medical history. Because of this lack of attention to detail and poor bedside manner, I felt she was more focused on rushing through appointments than helping families. We are so grateful to have found Dr. Noorhasan, especially after a bad experience at another fertility clinic. Dr. Noorhasan took the time to listen to my concerns and goals and created a great plan to help us along our fertility journey. Unfortunately my first retrieval was not successful. However, Dr. Noorhasan took immediate action and created a more aggressive plan that helped us not only have a successful second retrieval, but also a successful implantation. I visited this clinic in December and completed my blood tests. I was told that the office would contact me to schedule my ultrasound, additional imaging, and discuss my blood test results. However, months have passed and I have not received any follow-up call or communication from the clinic. I had a poor experience with dr. Noorhassan. She didn’t listen to my concerns and was very rude and unhelpful. She doesn’t have good bedside manners and I honestly couldn’t trust her judgement. Ccrm staff are the same, disgruntled and unkind. Would not recommend this facility. It takes time to find the right doctor, don’t waste your time with this one.
