I had a poor experience with dr. Noorhassan. She didn’t listen to my concerns and was very rude and unhelpful. She doesn’t have good bedside manners and I honestly couldn’t trust her judgement. Ccrm staff are the same, disgruntled and unkind. Would not recommend this facility. It takes time to find the right doctor, don’t waste your time with this one.
I want to say a big thank you to Dr Dorette Noorhasan, nurses and the entire team of CCRM. Excellent in bed side, great communication and ready to listen. Dr Noorhasan and her team have helped me to find solution to my problem and l feel confident now. Excellent job. Thank you 👍👍
My experience with this IVF doctor was deeply disappointing. Throughout the process, I felt dismissed and unheard. Important details were overlooked, and there was a noticeable lack of care and attention during appointments. IVF is already an emotionally and physically demanding journey, and the careless approach only added unnecessary stress. I left feeling like just another number rather than a patient who deserved compassion and professionalism. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
CCRM is truly exceptional. From my first visit, I felt supported, cared for, and never alone throughout my IVF journey. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the nurses and Dr. Noorhasan. The bedside manner is outstanding, and every step of the process was clearly explained. I had a bad experience with Dr. noorhassan. She’s extremely rude, insensitive and always arrives late to appointments and rushes me through. When i told her i don’t appreciate being rushed through my visits, she answered my following concerns with just one word answers. If you want a factory conveyor belt quality of care, then there’s no one better than noorhassan. She lacks bed side manners and is very unprofessional.
