She was rude!! Never looked at me when she was talking never ask me any questions about why I was there. Unprofessional in every area. I was rushed in and out without getting to tell her about my health concerns. I will never go there again .
Just rude
I enjoy Doctor Truesdale when I have to go to the doctor. She is always willing to listen to me about my moans and groans and is very knowledgeable. If she does not think that she can provide the care needed she is the first to suggest someone who can and will take care of having the office set up an appointment with the needed provider. My husband and I both have great confidence in Dr. T.
I made a late appointment to see the dr. over an injury I had incurred and swelling that was unrelated. I waited for an hour before I was brought back. Since I was the last appointment, the dr. came barreling in, and seemed very rushed to get my appointment over with. While she gave me medicine that helped with my injury, she brushed off the swelling I was having in my foot, and told me to go home and put my feet up, and after getting emotional, she said I don't know what it is, unacceptable.
It took me 4 doctors to find Dr. Truesdale. I really like her. She is thorough and makes sure you are comfortable with treatment or decision. I also like that for an X-ray they can do it next door without having a long process but she gets the results right away and reviews it. Office staff is always friendly.
