Mechanic with integrity!! I've taken my Cadillac CTS to Dorel's Auto twice now and both times he was very honest and did quality work. The second time in i asked him to perform a job that would have cost me $500 in repairs but he was completely honest with me and informed me it was something the dealership would fix for free. DORELS is the ABSOLUTE BEST Dorels Automotive is the BEST auto mechanic I've ever had & I've been going to them for years. In my experience, Dorel is totally HONEST, dependable, BEAT PRICES of others, and they really know what they're doing! Honesty Integrity and top notch repairs I must hand it to the honest mechanics out there. Dorel is top notch and does a first class job. I had him repair my Ferrari and the repairs were excellent.
Meticulously detail oriented I have visited Dorel's 3 times now for some service done to my VW and after being a loyal customer for 12 years at Fine Tuning in Shoreline, I must say, that being quite a meticulous car owner that I dont just trust anyone to work on my car. The best you can get. Dorel's Automotive shop is the best auto shop I have dealt with. I have serviced at Dorel 3 cars for the last 6 years and the service quality has always been great. Some highlights: excellent price (much better than the dealer price); excellent service (never had to come back to the shop for post-service adjustments); competitive warranty. Rating wise, there are not enough stars to represent how satisfied I was every time I took my car to this shop.
Most dependable I take both my cars to Dorel's. Always honest, always does good, reliable work. From fixing squiky brakes dealer won't know how to fix under waranty, to regular maintenance work.
Scott I took my 2002 Audi A4 to see Dorel to get some minor work done and found him to very approachable, friendly and he gave me some good motoring advice. Most importantly he did a good job servicing my car at a fair price!! What more can I ask for. I will definitely be back!!
