I have had very bad experience with these apartments. I lived there for 2 1/2 years before had no problem but when I wanted to sign back the manager was very rude and never gave us back our 400 dollar deposit so we went over to The Latigo they are way more nicer and better service .

RecommendedMy family and I have been residents at the Dorel for about 9 months now. We have had nothing but positive experiences so far. From the precautions because of COVID-19 to making their residents feel special with the little gestures that they do. Plus maintenance response time has been exceptional with any WO we’ve had. By far the best community we’ve lived in!

Live here 2.5years, nice apartment, love the swimming pool, in the summer kids play whole day! Staffs are kind and friendly! The only thing make me want to leave is the mail experience . USPS postman did many time mistakes, put neighbor’s box in my locker or give the wrong key. I have to catch him the next day,ask my package! Usually they found in other box and give to me.Recently they lost my package, still put wrong key in my locker, I opened found neighbor’s bag!when I catch him, he forgot where he put my box!!!!
