I tried to help this woman at my job and all she did was condescend me and deny every solution I would offer her. Upon a second encounter with Doreen, she physically got out her car in the drive thru to yell at my coworkers. Very rude and unprofessional to customer service employees and NOT a decent human being by the slightest.
