Dr. Doreen is amazing! As a new mom I have a lot of questions (some probably seem silly, especially to an experienced pediatrician) and she always takes the time to answer them and never makes you feel silly for asking.
She’s kind, but there are ALWAYS med students there. It’s frustrating sometimes. Also, she is “hyper focused” on preaching about abstinence and sexuality. Unnerving to my child and me.
After receiving my child's vaccine my child was awfully sick. Being a new parent I really expected a phone call back when symptoms started to occur. Disappointed and frustrated I ended up on the emergency room. My baby did have an allergic reaction explains the ER doctor and. Unfortunately I had to return back to this pediatrician office for follow up. Treated like I was trouble and a personal problem due to second opinion I found my visit unpleasant . My baby and I will go else where!!!
