As someone who has observed Doreen Greenwood Realty operating in my neighborhood, my opinion of its approach to real estate is extremely negative. From what I have observed, I strongly dislike what I see as an approach that places financial interests ahead of responsible property ownership, neighborhood stability, community safety, and the concerns of longtime residents.
