I had a very uncomfortable experience at Dore Spa and Nails. My total was $145, and I paid with Apple Pay. The payment showed as successful on my end, but the staff said it had not gone through on their system and repeatedly demanded that I pay again. The way they handled the situation made me feel harassed and threatened, so I called the police. Service was so bad I had to rate them on yelp AND Google! The employees left a horrible taste in my mouth. One that will never go away! Do not go here, but if you do, please make sure you have multiple receipts of payment or else they will try to trap you from leaving and harass you..
⭐ 1 STAR — ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE I am completely disgusted by how my daughter was treated at this nail salon. My daughter’s account showed that her payment had gone through, but because the salon said it was not showing on their end, they REFUSED TO LET HER LEAVE.
