I love the Evalee! I've been here for almost 3 years now and it's been an amazing experience! My wife and I decided to transfer to a new unit and Ashton made the process so easy! She's always been super friendly and kind and helps us immediately if we ever need anything. Candice has also been fantastic with making sure everything is ran amazingly! I couldn't be happier renting here. Between all of the amenities and the amazing office staff, I couldn't ask for a better experience!
It’s been less than a year since I moved into The Evalee, and I can confidently say they offer fair rates and a good community. A special thanks to Ashton, who went above and beyond to help me secure an apartment during a very crucial time. Her professionalism, compassion, and efficiency made the entire process seamless.
