It took months for them to address major health hazards in their building. Ashton is completely incompetent and only wants your money from commission, she will lie to you and get you stuck in a disgusting building she completely neglects. Not to mention the violation in her retaliation to my consumer right to report unaddressed health hazards in the building. Enjoy your fines accompanied by your fake reviews.

Absolutely loved my apartment at Evalee. Community events were so fun and the amenities were always well maintained. Super close to everything but having the T to the city was great. Ashton was literally the best, she really made this place feel like home and made it into a community.
