I just finished my tour of the apartments at Evalee. Ashten was amazing she asked me what I was looking for as far as price and amenities. She was great she so showed me 3 different floorplans so that I could choose the one that best suited me. I can’t wait to make this place my new home!!
This is genuinely such a cute place to live. Any problem I have Ashton has been so great at handling them quickly and efficiently! Thank you for all you do!
I have lived here for four years with my wife. We love it. The pool during the summer is our favorite part and there are really nice people here. Both Candace and Ashton in the office are fantastic.
the apartment is roomy and spacious. The pool, gym and the monthly events always get all of events get everyone involved and are festive. Ashton and Candace are always available for all the residents and they help everyone with there issues as quickly as possible. The residents are very friendly and we have found great friends at the apartment building.
I have been at the evalee for over ten years and me and my son love it there are so many great people that live here and Ashton and Candice are so great and helpful and they help us out with anything we need the pool is also great there have been cookouts pretty much everyday me and my son also love going to the gym together to get a nice workout the coffee bar is also so convenient the coffee is five star better than dunkin or star bucks please move to the evalee you won't be disappointed
