LOUISE, the reception for Dr.Hussain is amazing. She’s always been so polite on the phone, and does the best she can to get us into our appointments as soon as she can. She’s great with kids. And just a genuinely good person. Great job Louise
Dr Hossain, while being a pleasant person, has far too many patients and takes too much time off to effectively serve these patients...appts are many weeks out and when someone needs to address a medical concern, 6 to 8 weeks out ins not acceptable! Just like not having a doctor!!!!
The doctor's are totally fine and do a good job. However, the secretary for Dr. Ahmad is extremely rude and unprofessional. She rushes you off the phone and tells you she's too busy to speak with you when asking questions about your medical records/concerns. Since the secretary is the first point of contact with the office, it makes for a poor experience.

Genuinely the worst experience every time I have to go here. Dr. Hossain has no idea who any member of my family is even though we’ve been patients for years. She has no idea who we are or why we are in any time we have an appointment. The hours are horrible and unaccomodating. Had to schedule a ‘phone call’ appointment because they couldn’t get me in, doctor never called. This happened multiple times. Most recently, I had to go in for a follow up for a two step TB test.
