I stopped in to see if the Dr. was accepting new patients. I have never been spoken to so rudely by Dr. Ahmad"s secretary, I was not even finished asking when she said No, then answered the phone and waved me away. I went over to Dr. Hossains secretary and asked her, ( who greeted me with a great smile), she explained that the Dr. was not accepting patients at this time but gave me an application and said to fill it out and bring it back. LOUISE, the reception for Dr.Hussain is amazing. She’s always been so polite on the phone, and does the best she can to get us into our appointments as soon as she can. She’s great with kids. And just a genuinely good person. Great job Louise
Dr Hossain, while being a pleasant person, has far too many patients and takes too much time off to effectively serve these patients...appts are many weeks out and when someone needs to address a medical concern, 6 to 8 weeks out ins not acceptable! Just like not having a doctor!!!!
The doctor's are totally fine and do a good job. However, the secretary for Dr. Ahmad is extremely rude and unprofessional. She rushes you off the phone and tells you she's too busy to speak with you when asking questions about your medical records/concerns. Since the secretary is the first point of contact with the office, it makes for a poor experience.
