We absolutely love it here and Jennie from the leasing office is fantastic. I love how much space the apartments have and the view is just amazing. Not to mention the maintenance workers are incredible! So happy to have found a home here.
I would suggest to stay away from this apartments. Insulation is horrible and during winter electric bill would go up i.e. 400$ appx/month. That's an avg bill during winter. If you complain for insulation where cold air blows near the windows or from below the doors, management doesn't fix it. Goose poop is all over the place and if you get the tenant with dog on your top, good luck having sound sleep. Also half time laundry machines don't work.
