Be very careful with this company. They don't like to pay for the work you do remodeling apartments. I'm letting you know this because they owed me almost $40,000 and they still haven't paid me for 10 months.

This management team is the most unethical and incompetent group I've ever encountered—stay far away! I was contracted to remove a large pile of furniture and trash from Renaissance at Garden Walk, and over 60 days later, they still haven't made any effort to pay or even communicate when payment will be made. I fully intend to take legal action against these crooks. While on-site, I noticed all the trash bins were overflowing, which clearly shows this place is mismanaged from top to bottom!

My grandmother lives in Providence at Parkway Village. The elevator in building 200 hasn't been working for almost a week. A lot of these tenants aren’t able to walk down the stairs. They were told if anything happens to call the fire department. The front gate has been broken for 2-3 months. The side door in building 100 has been broken for 6 months - a yr.
