Trashy place. You can hear your neighbor hump the crap out his girlfriend, and your upstair neighbor watching TV into the wee hours of morning. And yes, whatever the other reviewer say about the landlord is spot on. Super rude and absolutely unpleasant woman, and she doesn't give a sh*t. Smoking is banned in the building, but apparently this rule doesn't apply to the unit the landlord lives in, and because of her the entire basement smells like cigarettes. Absolute trashy place.

Please do not visit this apartment. I drived almost two hours to go check out the apartment and the building supervisor was super rude. I have a little baby and she wouldn't let me leave the stroller outside the building or in the lobby. She wanted me to carry the stroller up the stairs while I carry the baby in the other hand. Please do not make the trip there. I am so disappointed. I left without even seeing the apartment.

Do not rent at Dorchester House. You will regret it! The condition of the apartments is nice, but that's about all this place has going for it. Over the past few months, the quality of tenants in the building has significantly declined. When we moved in, a detailed background check was required, now it seems that management is filling the apartments with anyone who walks in off the street.
