Absolutely loved my experience! This was my first time getting my hair colored here, and I’m so happy with the result. The color came out beautiful, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. I’ll definitely be coming back! Simone really did a great job👏
Warm and accommodating!
First time was okay, although I had to wait over 35 minutes beyond my appointment time for my hairdresser to take a walk in who arrived at the same time as me (again, at my scheduled time). The third time, I received a cold reception and service. She had forgotten our appointment made over the phone that same week and was surprised when I said we have an appointment. The haircut still matches what I wanted, but will not return again.
Maravilhosa, sou cliente semanal da mirian ha 9 anos....Dora e todas as meninas, parabéns pelo excellent trabalho
5 star service, professionalism, vibes, all of it. I’d give more stars if I could. I called at 10:30 and they were able to get me in within the hour!! Walked in with not a great idea of what I wanted other than just several inches off and I was lucky enough to get to sit in the chair of the masterful Simone. She was absolutely wonderful and truly worked magic on my hair. I walked away feeling beautiful and will most certainly be back. 10/10 would recommend!
