Worst intercom system ever. Please dont waste your money, get something from internet, even $50 bell works better than this. Wasted , $2000 for this intercom and called my installer atleast 10times but unable to use this.
Sent an email the night before for assistance and I had a response first thing in the morning the next day. I called them for more assitance and to explain my issue at the Campberfield office. Harry answered the phone and assisted and navigated me in rectifying the issue. He was patient and knew whete to go. Thanks Steven who responded to my email and Harry for assisting me over the phone. Highly recommend the product and service.
Great customer service
I recently purchased an intercom system from these guys at the recommendation of my electrician. I wrang to ask a simple question only to be greeted on the phone by a rude arrogant man.. I then I got transferred to a tech who answered my question in 10 seconds. It was a simple question regarding the length of screws provided. I had this rude person on loudspeaker and we couldn’t understand this attitude. I happily parted with $600 worth of gear only to be treated with such disrespect.
