My Dorani video doorbell developed a fault following a power cut. I contacted Dorani support and they were most helpful. Having no local they suggested that I try replacing the 24VDC power supply with a new one from my local Jaycar to see if this was the issue. I was very pleased when this practical advice worked and my doorbell is working again.
I have 4 Dorani cameras at my house.Very clear picture and replays and immediate notifications to my mobile phone. Had a few issues mostly of my own making but their technical support was OUTSTANDING. All fixed with speed. Definitely Recommend.
Stephen went over and above to help me tweek my cameras to get the most out of them, was very impressed can't recommend the customer service enough.
10/10 service from Tech Support Steven Hall and the receptionist (sorry I forgot her name). Very friendly and professional. Helped me with my issue very quickly and sorted it out :)
