I had some problems with my Monitor, and I emailed support. Steven Hall got back to me very quickly with a solution. Needless to say I'm back on track, thanks to Steven. Much appreciated.
Can not speak more highly of Steve at Dorani who patiently and with a lovely sense of humour assisted us with a technical issue after we changed our modem. His professionalism and assistance is a rare find these days. 10 out of 10 for customer service. Highly recommend Dorani cameras as well! Thank you Steve!
Had some issues with our security system and contacted the technical support team at Dorani for assistance. Steven was fantastic to deal with, prompt and professional determining what was going on and why it was happening.
