Had some issues with our security system and contacted the technical support team at Dorani for assistance. Steven was fantastic to deal with, prompt and professional determining what was going on and why it was happening. Found a solution to our issue and got things working properly again - highly recommend!
After initially leaving a 1-star review when my Dorani doorbell intercom wasn’t working, I was contacted by Stephen from the supplier. My technician had advised I needed a new internal unit, but Stephen went over and above to help — even personally visiting my home and fixing the existing unit to an adequate working standard.
