After initially leaving a 1-star review when my Dorani doorbell intercom wasn’t working, I was contacted by Stephen from the supplier. My technician had advised I needed a new internal unit, but Stephen went over and above to help — even personally visiting my home and fixing the existing unit to an adequate working standard. Fantastic support! The team was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient.
Do not buy the touch screen intercom. This system has failed us 4 times now. Even my Postie has stated they never work. I have now been informed a power serge has ruined the internal board and a replacement is required at my cost. Scott Hayes Coastland Building Pty Ltd.
