Whether it is a regular oil change or a necessary service, my guy Kris at Doral Volkswagen is always there to make sure my needs are met. He is great at keeping me informed, and is thorough with his explanations. I know everything I need from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend him to everyone.
I brought my car in for an oil change and a factory recall for a software upgrade. I had an appointment but didn’t know until I arrived at 8:30am on a Saturday that this would take 5 hours. I got a free Uber ride home and returned at noon to wait for my car. While waiting I was told it would be ready soon and that it was just being run through the car wash. About 15 minutes later it was brought out and had not been washed. I was happy overall with the service, but for a few little things.
