Nothing but good things to say! We moved in during summer 2021 to a completely renovated 2 bedroom apartment. Stainless steel appliances, clean white cupboards, fresh paint. I've had several positive experiences with the landlords and maintenance staff. A loose towel bar in the bathroom was fixed within a day, new caulking around the kitchen sink was done within days, I accidentally blew a fuse on a Sunday morning and, while not protocol, maintenance changed it for me and provided useful information on what to do when it hap... read more
Amber, Christy and Justin are wonderful people and a pleasure to deal with.
Repairs will NEVER be completed. I have been waiting since 2017 to have repairs done. If you ask for a workorder, your told they do everything verbally. In other words they don't want paper trails. I loved the unit when I first saw it. But for some esthetic issues, I didn't think/know there were deeper issues. I signed my lease April 2017 but left the apt almost empty so as not to be in the way.
