The assigned service representative Eduardo ( Edy), provided to us missleading information related the repair guaranty and we waisted more than 5 hours due miscommunication. Hi left for lunch by the time hi was supposed to let us know the car malfunction diagnostic solution. We had to wait until he came back , from lunch to decide if we would leave the car to be repair, at least for one more hour. After this we were told that the car would be ready in 2 more hours.
