We can't contact them by phone,,no tienen una línea nunca disponible para los clientes y el mailbox esta full, mi doctor necesitaba los resultados de las radiografías que no habían lo habían posteado y nos cansamos de llamar como todo hoy día se contacta por teléfono por eso le doy 1 estrella ,en cuanto al servicio directamente de radiografía esta bien

So who ever gave this place 5 stars is definitely an employee trying to fix the horrible reviews. I highly doubt it's possible for someone to rate you 5 stars when you're never opened to attend anyone... today, 11 o'clock on the dot, office closed or nobody cares enough to unlock the door. I even tried the door that says "use other door" lol nothing.

I wish I had the option to put no stars on this rate. It's unfortunate that this place is horrible because the people who work here seem pretty decent. The service here is horrible. I came to do my MRI and I waited 4 hours and a half for them to attend me! And I swear I'm not kidding. Then after they said the result would be ready in 4-7 days. El lugar más irresponsable que pude encontrar. Ni me atendieron porque me cancelaron tres veces para un estudio. Tener que hacer su trabajo y agendar los procesos para que en resumidas cuentas ni te puedan dar el servicio y ni sepan la hora que es. Excusa tras excusa y pésimo servicio para diligenciar un servicio que al fin al cabo ganaban ellos. Por mi parte jamás recomendaré este lugar. No merece ni una estrella ni absolutamente nada, es una falta de respeto.
