The apartments themselves are nice, but my overall move-in experience was frustrating. I actually love the new manager April she don’t play my neighbors are ignorant and disrespectful. I’ve tried and complained on them with the previous manager and nobody does anything. It’s always some mess over here and she is the only person trying to clean it up. Only the riff raff will have a problem with her because they can’t do what they want to anymore. If she ever leaves I’m moving out. Period
I just want to take a moment to truly appreciate Martha and Tara — the wonderful ladies at the front office of Doral Oaks. They are such a bright light in this community. Let me be absolutely clear. I’ve lived at Doral Oaks for nearly six years, and while maintenance and management have never been perfect, this new management team is an absolute disaster. April is the worst of them all — consistently rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful not just to residents, but even to her own colleagues. This is completely unacceptable.
