Update a few days after getting my car. The windshield fluid was empty. Although it was full when I gave the car in. I went to fill it up and saw that the coolant tank was empty as well. Which means they literally didn’t bother refilling it after doing work on the car. Also the steering wheel is shifted to the left. So basically, I came in with certain issues, they fixed three of them, and they gave me back of the car in this condition! Horrible experience. I was on the phone for more than one hour. They transferred me from extension to extension and no one answered and all extensions had full voicemail, them automatically canceled the call and back one more time to the same nightmare. No recommendable.
Yohania Macias, loaner coordinator goes beyond her duties to make sure that the clients get a loaner. Refreshing to see specially in Miami.
