My service technician Juan is the reason I have stayed with the Hyunday/Genesis family of cars and are on my 3rd vehicle. He is attentive, professional, and honest. I always get great service with Juan
Rod was extremely friendly, fantastic customer service. He followed up and texted and was there to greet us. He was very knowledgeable and made us want to come back. This was a great experience and what customer service is all about.
This is the worst place to get your car serviced. Super unprofessional, no one can give you an answer. You had to wait in your car in a line even though you have an appointment. All the employees under the tent are eating, on their phones, and talking with each other and completely disregarding the customers.

**Extremely disappointing experience at this Hyundai service center.** I had a scheduled appointment with Emmanuel, but ended up waiting almost 2 hours before my car was taken in for service. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability or basic courtesy from his end... kind of rude response from him. When I checked in after 40 minutes, I was told he was busy with other customer calls and would "come in a minute."
