Updating my OTHER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! Please just avoid coming here to get your car serviced. Please make it make sense how do you get here before your appointment and still have to wait 40 minutes to have an advisor come to your car. They told David I had an appointment and he responded with the lady had an appointment before me yet she arrived after me. Just avoid coming. This place absolutely terrible and scammed me and took my warranties money. I went for service on my car because I had double flat tires. They told me one was just a popped tire and the other the rim was bent. They kept my car for a week because they couldn’t get in contact with my warranty (they said) when I would call my warranty and they would pick up in a single ring. I had to actually call my warranty and merge the call with the person at the dealership to finally get them to figure it out, which was a simple process th... read more
I just did my Hyundai lease service at Doral Hyundai and once again very happy with the service provided. David was very helpful and quite informative, more than usual service people you find anywhere. Service in general very good from all the people, reason why I keep coming back. Thank you for keeping up the good work guys!
