Not sure why the reviews are so low. I’ve always had a great experience with the staff and doctors. They have always been professional and accommodating when I needed to see them when I came down with COViD at 7 1/2 mos pregnant. I would highly recommend this office.
I recently switched gynecologists to Dr. Flávia Fairbanks and I'm so glad I did. Not only is Dr. Fairbanks an incredible physician, I also had great interactions with her nurse, a med student, and ultrasound technician. The front staff was friendly and I was called back just after my appointment time. I was able to get scheduled for an ultrasound just a few days after my initial appointment and I'm already scheduled for a follow-up.
I wished I read the reviews I am writing this when its been 2 and half hours past my appointment not eating at 39 weeks pregnant this is truly inhumane treatment
I am writing this review after 8 months of giving birth because I still reflect on how I was treated here, how it was a terrible experience, and how I regret not going somewhere where they would be more considerate. I was treated for pneumonia. Front desk friendly and doctor was effective. I had to wait longer because the doctor had to stop for lunch…if they weren’t short of staff o would give them a 5.
