I was treated for pneumonia. Front desk friendly and doctor was effective. I had to wait longer because the doctor had to stop for lunch…if they weren’t short of staff o would give them a 5.
Very bad appointments. Wait time for a schedule ultrasound was 2 hours.
The concept of an appointment is lost at this clinic. An appt at 11:30 means you’re seen within 15-25 min. I waited 1hr 40 min after I checked in. It’s frustrating because no one communicates with you or lets you re-schedule. You just waste your time sitting.
