I have never written a review but could not wait to get home to write one. I left the office amazed after a consultation and braces (same day) for my granddaughter. This is because they honored the special I went there for without even reminding them. In short, they were professional, courteous, welcoming and very very happy I found them!
I highly recommend Dr. Gallo and the Doral Center for Orthodontics because: 1. I felt at home with the team - they cared about my well-being. 2. Dr. Gallo provides his patience his mobile number and he responds to emergencies during weekends. 3. Flexibility in scheduling - I often had appointments as late as 7 pm. 4. Personalized care - Dr. Gallo (and team) provided me details about the treatment plan and answered all my questions. 5. Clean, nice, and fun environment. 6. Top customer service!
This orthodontics office is by far the best in Miami. The doctor and his staff are very professional and courteous. The office is by far the most beautiful one in the area. Thank God we still have good doctors available to take our children to. I highly recommend this office and this doctor to any parent who needs to take their children for orthodontic treatment, you will not regret it. Angela
