Take your car to be serviced elsewhere. Acura Pembroke Pines is 100 times better than this place. My service person was Lazaro and i never once spoke to him, instead i got his coworker who seemed over worked and like he hated his life and kept telling me his not my service advisor. Lazaro was the one my appointment was with, he walked past me and never helped me nor acknowledged me. I was told it would be 2 hours and 30 minutes instead it took nearly 4 hours and it would have been more had I not gone out to ask for a status.... read more

The service department has seen better days. I went here to fix two recalls on my Acura. They had sent me a number of text reminders that there were recalls, which I appreciated. I texted back to schedule an appointment and stated that I would wait for the car at the dealership. When I got there at my appointment time, one service rep came up to help me and did so for about a minute before going back to another service customer.
