After getting the run-around from another dealer three years ago, we contacted Mike Holland at Dorais and were given straight answers right off the bat. We leased a Terrain from him with no trouble whatsoever. Mike was straightforward and fair, and for once, we felt great as we walked out of the dealership that day. We just turned in our Terrain and leased a 2018 Traverse, which Mike worked hard to find for us, and we couldn’t be happier! We always recommend Dorais to family and friends!!
Eric in the service department is great, he picked up and delivered my Yukon and the bill was less than quoted.
