Very helpful staff. Above and beyond
I appreciate the attention that Dorado Pharmacy gives to us as customers. Selena called to inform me that the wrong type of facewash was prescribed for my daughter. It was a gel, not a wash, with the same name. It would have been so easy for her just to fill it but she made sure we knew and had it changed. Thank you Selena for going above and beyond for my daughter. Y'all are the best.
Purchased an item that rang up at $13.10 the lady removed it and charged me $25 for the exact same item ! Poor customer service. We have switched pharmacies. Very poor customer service Update.. the manager called and made it right. For that I am very appreciative. So we are staying
