Love this place. Have the newest state of the art equipment and only place in town I know of with an exercise pool.
I am in the wellness program working out in prep for a knee surgery. The staff and environment are awesome. I have several injuries and the staff is a great help by letting me know what equipment I can safely use. You pay a very low price for the level of professional help you get. The Facility is well-maintained and clean. The pool is heated and does have a lift if you can't get in on your own. I would highly recommend Dora Roberts to anyone - whether you need to do rehab under a doctor's care or to workout.
